That’s why we’re giving the Seal of Approval to the inaugural edition of our new dance party, the Mystery Method.
Too many events get hung up on lofty goals and high-minded concepts. With the Mystery Method, we’re going back to basics and letting the night take us where it will. DJs Cold Case and Obeyah are masters of understated sets that move and shake with the best of them (as does future Mystery Method man Cam Jus). Malik Starx is an MC’s MC in the truest sense of the word. And Liv is literally at the center of the DC social universe at it’s perch above U Street’s historic Bohemian Caverns. The “who” and “where” are perfect for the “what” and “why.”
The essentials: it’s a free party, at 11th and U, this Saturday. 21 and over to party, going until they kick us out. We hope to see you there.
